Return Policy
30
Day Returns Accepted In New,
Sealed Condition for
Exchange or Credit
We have a 30 day
return policy for unused and
resalable standard non-personalized vinyl products.
We accept returns on orders that are still
sealed in their original packaging for credit or
exchange.
If you would like
to return an unused, new condition standard design
product:
1. Contact us - We will issue you an RMA#
2. Mail your return back to us with the RMA# written on return box.
3. Print & Fill Out Our Return Form. Include in returned package.
4. Provide Right On The Walls® with USPS package tracking information.
5. When product is received we will ship an exchange item or issue a
credit.
Rules & Regulations:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from
date of purchase. No
exchange or credit will be issued for orders
over 30 days old. Absolutely no exceptions.
Any returned item must be received in
new, unused and sealed condition. All
returned items will inspected
upon arrival. If an item is
received used or in unsatisfactory condition,
absolutely no exchange or credit will be issued.
Buyer is responsible
for return shipping, 20% stocking fee, and shipping
cost of exchange or credit item.
We will not
accept exchange or issue credit for the following
items:
1.
Discounted items from our Bargain
Bin.
2.
Reduced pricing "Shapes" sold
by the sheet.
3. Personalized
orders - including custom text, names, sizes,
logo, or other.
4. Digital Prints - including LifeSize CutOuts,
Labels, Stickers, Logos, etc.
5. Photo Gifts - including books, mugs, cards,
puzzles, ornaments and more.
5. Clock Kits - including clock vinyl & all clock
kit parts
6. Glow In The Dark vinyl decals
The above mentioned items are not resalable -
all sales are final. No exceptions will
be made, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
Exchanges
will be shipped to you within 7 business days
after the returned product has been inspected and
approved as resalable.
Credit will be
issued in the form of a gift code which may be
used toward a future purchase. To redeem a gift
card, enter the unique number provided to you in
our shopping cart during checkout. Your unique
gift card number can only be used once. Once the
gift card has been used it will immediately expire.
Your gift card credit will not cover shipping cost.
Each design is custom
made to order, there may be variations or
alterations made to the design which may differ
slightly
from the image or pictures shown on our website
to accomodate the increased or decreased number
of characters in names, dates & other
customized information. No exchange or
credit will be issued for personalized
or customized orders (including custom text, names,
colors, sizes, logo, prints, photographs, or other).
All returned items
for exchange/credit must be authorized by Right
On The Walls® and must be accompanied
by completed a Return Slip.
Any product received without
prior authorization or incomplete paperwork will
be refused.
The RMA# you are issued
is valid for 10 business days. After 10 business
days the RMA# will expire and void. Your returned
shipment must be received within 10 business days
or the package will be refused and returned to
you.
Mail your return USPS
Priority with Tracking Number.
In the event your return package is lost in transit,
we can not be held responsible for replacement
or credit.
No
exception will be made to the Right On The Walls® return
policy.
Updates and/or changes to this
policy may be posted without notice.
Common Return Questions:
IF
your product has
arrived damaged:
If for some reason your lettering has arrived damaged,
you may return it within 30 days for an identical
replacement. Absolutely no replacement product
will be issued for orders over 30 days old.
IF
your purchase is
the wrong size for your space:
Measure
your space before ordering, or please contact
us if you need help with a size different
than displayed on our website. We cannot
be held responsible for incorrect measurements
of height or width of your purchase.
IF
your product has been damaged during installation:
Although
this is rare, in the event that your vinyl
wall art is damaged during installation it
would not be eligible for a return or refund,
but we will offer you a replacement piece
at a reduced cost.
Each
vinyl wall art order is supplied with a small
practice piece. We recommend applying this practice
piece to your surface before applying the piece
you have purchased if you have never applied
our products before.
If
you have lost or damaged your clock hands
or clock motor during installation, these items
would not be eligible for a return or refund,
we will offer a replacement at a reduced
cost.
If
you have lost or damaged your personalized photo
mug, photo puzzle, greeting cards, photo ornament,
calendar or any other photo gift — these highly
personalized items are not eligible for a return
or refund.
IF
your purchase has arrived with a typographical error:
In the
event your vinyl decal has arrived with a typographical
error, with the error being made by Right On The Walls,
we will accept your return and ship a corrected identical
replacement piece to you in a timely manner.
Right
On The Walls can
not accept responsibility if
you have submitted a customized order which is
mis-spelled. Please double-check the spelling
in your order is correct before submitting.
IF
the
vinyl is not sticking to your wall or other
surface:
Because
there are many types of surfaces for which the
vinyl decal product may be applied, and all different
types of paint and other surfaces, we will not
guarantee the vinyl decal product will stick
to your space. If you have textured walls and
have never applied vinyl art before - contact
us for a product sample before making a purchase. The
professional materials we use to create our
vinyl artwork is approved as interior safe.
Apply at your own risk. Right On The Walls
shall not be held liable in the rare event
that any damage is caused during installation
or removal.
We offer small product samples to test on your

We
recommend requesting a product sample
if you have any of the following:
** Any glazed or paint
finish.
** High Gloss Painted surfaces.
** Textured Walls
** Painted paneling
** Cracked, Crumbling or Peeling paint or walls
What
Items Are Not Eligible For Return?
We will not
accept exchange or issue credit for the following
items:

IF
your decal has not arrived within a reasonable
amount of time:
Please
check the USPS tracking information emailed to you at
the time of shipment. If you can not find your shipping
confirmation email or have deleted it, please
enter your transaction number here: Find
My Tracking Number.
We
make every effort to make sure you receive
your package in a timely manner! We
do not guarantee a delivery date & accept
no responsibility for delays occuring due
to unforeseen circumstances.
Right On The Walls
is not responsibile for any customer missed dates,
events, deadlines or other caused by poor order
planning or unexpected shipping delays. If your
order must be received within a specified timeline
— contact us to make sure we can accomodate
the expedited order & pay the extra postage
charge for express overnight shipping.
The
tracking information provided by the USPS will
let you know the status of your order. If we
have shipped your package to a P.O. Box, please
look for the delivery slip when you pick up
mail or ask your postal worker if you have
received a package. In the event of inclimate
weather on the date of delivery, your postal
carrier may have elected to leave a notifcation
slip advising you to pick your item(s) up at
your local post office.
Your package
will be held locally for pick-up for up to 15
days. If your items are not picked up from your
local post within this timeframe they are considered
abandoned and will be returned to us. We will
hold your package for an additional 15 days.
To retrieve your package from us, please notify
us & we will gladly re-send the package to you
for the cost of re-shipping.
In the event
your package is abandoned & never
returned to us, we accept no responsibility for
lost or stolen, abandoned or discarded packages.
If we receive your abandoned parcel we will hold
it for 15 days. Once 15 days have expired, your
product will be discarded and no replacement
product will be provided.
International
orders may be subject to delay in customs.
We have no control over international delays
in shipment, and will not issue a refund.
All packages
marked 'Delivered' by the USPS will be considered
as such. We accept
no responsiblity for lost or stolen packages
after they are marked delivered by your local
postal carrier.
Cancellation Policy
If
you would like to cancel your order, please
notify us via email immediately. If we have not
begun to work on your order, cancellation will
be granted at the discretion of Right On The Walls®. We
can not cancel orders that have already been placed
on our productions schedule, or have already been
produced.
Cancellation for personalized
or customized orders that have already been through
layout and designed by our staff but not produced
(this includes custom text, names, colors, sizes,
logo, prints, photographs, or other) minus a 25%
design fee which will be deducted from any refundable
amount.
No
exception will be made to the Right On The Walls® cancellation
policy.
