To
obtain the USPS tracking number for your order,
please enter your transaction number in the box
below.
How
To Track Your Package With This Tool:
1. Enter Your Unique
Transaction Number Above and Select "Track"
2. Copy the Tracking Number Displayed (PC: CTRL+C,
MAC: Command+C)
3. Visit the United
States Postal Service website
4. Paste the tracking number (PC: CTRL+V, MAC:
Command+V) in the Track & Confirm window
and select "GO"
5. See status of your package
If
your tracking number can not be located in our
database, your package has not yet shipped. Please
try again later!
We
make every effort to make sure you receive
your package in a timely manner! The
tracking information provided by the USPS is
updated every 24 hours and will let you know
the whereabouts of your package.
P.O.
Box Delivery: If we are delivering
to a P.O. Box, please look for the delivery
slip when you pick up mail or ask at the front
desk.
Package Not Delivered: In
the case of inclimate weather on the date
of delivery, your postal carrier may have
elected not to leave the package at your
residence, you will need to then pick your
item(s) up at your local post office or contact
them to initiate re-delivery.
Your
package will be held locally by the USPS for
pick-up for up to 15 days. If your items are
not picked up from your local post within this
timeframe they are considered abandoned and will
be returned to us.
Abandoned
Packages: If
your package has been sent back to us, you
must contact us within 15 days to request re-shipment
at your expense. Once these 15 days have expired,
your product will be discarded and no replacement
product will be provided. In
the event your package is abandoned & never
returned to us, we accept no responsibility
for lost or stolen, abandoned or discarded
packages.
International Delivery: International
orders may be subject to delay in customs. We
have no control over international delays in
shipment, and will not issue a refund for customs
delay.
Missing
Package: All packages marked
'Delivered' by the USPS will be considered
as such. We accept no responsiblity for stolen
packages once they have been delivered by your
local postal carrier. If you have trouble with
package theft in your area, please provide
an alternate shipping address during checkout.
